On Saturday, March 14, at 3 p.m., former Lincoln-Way Central High School standout Harrison Dubois’ current college team, the Western Illinois Leathernecks, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at Duffy Bass Field. This was their third matchup against the Redbirds this season. In their previous game on Friday, March 13, the Leathernecks lost 7 to 6.

Dubois allowed one earned run over 3.2 innings, recording three walks and four strikeouts.

The Leathernecks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m. at Duffy Bass Field against Illinois State Redbirds.
