The Lincoln-Way Central Lady Knights were defeated 2–1 by the Plainfield North Tigers in a girls’ varsity volleyball match.
Lincoln-Way Central High School hosted the home playoff match on October 28. The Lady Knights put up a strong fight but ultimately fell to the Tigers with scores of 21-25, 25-18, and 19-25, concluding their first playoff match with a loss.
Looking ahead, the Lady Knights are focusing on achieving a strong start to the new season.
The Lincoln-Way Central Knights Boys Volleyball team earned a hard-fought conference victory on Tuesday, defeating the visiting Lockport Porters 2-0.
