On Saturday, March 14, at 1 p.m., former Lincoln-Way Central High School standout Josie Jager’s current college team, the Indianapolis Greyhounds, won 13-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.
The game took place at Eischeid Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Peacocks this season.
Jager recorded one hit in two at-bats, two runs, one run batted in and one walk.
The Greyhounds’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at 3:30 p.m. at Eischeid Softball Complex against Upper Iowa Peacocks.
