The conference rivalry was played on December 19 at Lincoln-Way Central High School. Lincoln-Way Central defended its home court in a closely contested game, using late-game execution to secure the three-point win. According to reports, Lincoln-Way West stayed within one possession down the stretch, but the Knights made key plays in the final minutes to seal the conference victory.
Looking ahead, Lincoln-Way Central will travel to face Thornton Fractional North in a tournament matchup on Friday, December 26. This will be the first meeting of the 2025–26 season between Lincoln-Way Central and Thornton Fractional North. The Knights enter the tournament with an 8–2 overall record, while the Falcons are 1–1.
