The Lincoln-Way Central boys’ bowling team is set to commence the 2025–26 season with high expectations and a challenging schedule. The program is designed to prepare the Knights for a robust conference and postseason performance.

According to the team’s plan, experienced bowlers will return alongside newcomers ready to contribute. Central aims to blend consistency and skill to compete at every level. The season starts with home events on October 25–26, followed by early November tournaments at Naperville Central and Lake Park. Key home matchups include Thornton Fractional South, Lockport, Sandburg, and Stagg, providing the Knights opportunities to refine their team strategy. Road trips to Lincoln-Way West, Lincoln-Way East, Oak Forest, and Bradley throughout November and December will test Central against top regional competition.

December’s schedule features the Oak Forest Invitational and the Tinley Park Invitational. Early January highlights include Joliet Central and the Southwest Suburban Conference (SWSC) Meet. The postseason begins with the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Regional on January 15, followed by the Sectional on January 22, culminating in the IHSA State Finals from January 28–29. The season concludes with the Winter Athletic Awards Ceremony on March 16, celebrating individual and team accomplishments.

Lincoln-Way Central aims to make a significant impact in both conference and state competitions this season through depth, skill, and strong preparation.
