Head coach Pam Shaughnessy credited her team’s work ethic and camaraderie as keys to their success both in and out of the pool.

“The girls have been fantastic both in and out of the pool,” Shaughnessy said. “I am proud to coach these wonderful humans.”

Shaughnessy highlighted Platos, Olson and Gaier for their strong performances against a competitive Bradley Bourbonnais team. The Knights maintained control of the game with balanced offensive production and disciplined defensive play.

Lincoln-Way Central returns to action on April 21, when it hosts Hinsdale Central. With just a few games remaining in the regular season, the Knights are looking to close strong and carry their momentum into the playoffs.
