On Monday, March 2, former Lincoln-Way Central High School standouts Connor Jerkatis and Kyle Connelly’s current college team, the Concordia Chicago Cougars, won 9-3 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Wartburg Knights.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Knights this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3 at 11 a.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against St. John Fisher Cardinals.
