Nick Angelini, a football player from Lincoln-Way Central, capitalized on his opportunity at Western Illinois University’s “Friday Night Lights” camp. During the event, he demonstrated his athletic skills and engaged with the coaching staff.
According to Angelini, he “had a great time showing my skills and meeting the whole staff at the FNL @WIUFootball camp.” He expressed gratitude towards Western Illinois University Coach Joe Davis and Coach Joshua Caraway for facilitating his participation.
Angelini also achieved a new personal record during combine testing with a broad jump of 9 feet, 5 inches. The camp, held in Macomb, attracted prospects from across the region for drills, testing, and evaluation by WIU coaches.
